100% Gluten-Free Restaurants & Cafés in Singapore

Sometimes you don’t want to do guesswork. You don’t want to have a conversation. You just want to walk into an eatery, order anything (and everything) on the menu, and come out of the experience alive. It’s as simple as that. And for those moments, only a dedicated gluten-free eatery is going to make the cut.

While Singapore’s food scene doesn't have a strong gluten-free awareness, there are a handful of fantastic places that are entirely dedicated to serving gluten-free food. Whether you're craving brunch, local favourites or something sweet, these eateries might just hit the spot.

One of Singapore's best-known gluten-free restaurants, The Butcher's Wife serves vibrant Latin Mediterranean-inspired dishes in a cosy setting along Yong Siak Street. The entire menu is gluten-free, making it a fantastic option for people with coeliac disease who want to enjoy a special meal without worrying about cross-contamination.

OMG! Decadent Donuts

Cuisine: Bakery
Address: 38 Margaret Drive, #01-08, Margaret Market, Singapore 141038
Halal: Halal-friendly
Vegan/Vegetarian options: Dedicated vegan

Sometimes you just want a doughnut.

OMG! Decadent Donuts specialises in fresh, gluten-free doughnuts that are also free from many common allergens. With a variety of flavoured sugars and toppings, it's an easy stop for a sweet treat. My favourite thing about them is that they don't present themselves as a "healthy alternative". It’s just a good doughnut. (As a gluten-full person, this is my second favourite donut spot in SG after Krispy Kreme)

Some Days We Bake

Cuisine: Bakery
Address: 78 Arab Street, #01-02 Heritage Collection on Arab, Singapore 199775
Halal: No
Vegan/Vegetarian options: Yes

A lovely little hole-in-the-wall bakery that's entirely dedicated to gluten-free baking and run by a very friendly lady. Whether you're looking for a snack or something sweet to pair with your morning coffee, you'll find beautifully baked scones, cookies, and pastries here. She does have limited availability, so you could order ahead on her website to secure your bakes!
